The Steading at Southern Dunes is located on an 18 hole PGA championship golf course which is ranked in the top 100 courses in the USA, and in the top 6 in Florida. At the entrance to Southern Dunes is a 24 hour Walmart supermarket, as well as many other shops, banks, restaurants and fast food outlets. Southern Dunes is located just south of Orlando and is only an hours drive from either coast.

Our vacation home is a spacious 6 bedroomed, 2 storey house incorporating cathedral ceilings and a large, modern living area. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and features a screened pool, with spa, offering secluded views over the 6th hole.

The main master bedroom is on the ground floor - ideal for our less able guests - and features direct access onto the pool deck. As well as two walk-in wardrobes it includes a large ensuite with separate shower and soaker bath tub.

The modern - open plan - living room offers a large, comfortable seating area as well as facilities for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and also includes a breakfast area. The utility room is located separately and contains a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Also included on the ground floor is our fully-equipped games room and an additional bathroom.

Our large - newly renovated - pool with spa, is fully screened with a covered porch and for evening swims provides underwater lighting. Additional heating for the winter months is available upon request.

The further five bedrooms - one with ensuite - are located on the first floor and each include a large walk-in wardrobe. Three of the bedrooms feature twin beds and there is one double and one kingsize bedroom.

Our home has recently undergone a major refurbishment including brand new air conditioning, pool resurface and re-tile, new carpets, floor tiling and furniture.
