Our home has recently undergone a major refurbishment including brand new air conditioning, pool resurface and re-tile, new carpets, floor tiling and furniture.

Bedrooms

The main master bedroom is on the ground floor - ideal for our less able guests - and features direct access onto the pool deck. As well as two walk-in wardrobes it includes a large ensuite with separate shower and soaker bath tub.

The further five bedrooms - one with ensuite - are located on the first floor and each include a large walk-in wardrobe. Three of the bedrooms feature twin beds and there is one double and one kingsize bedroom.

Every Bedroom has it's own TV and DVD player and benefit from free cable in every room.

Living Area

The modern - open plan - living room offers a large, comfortable seating area as well as facilities for dining.

Full seating for 12 people, overlooks the pool area. French doors are alarmed for child safety in the pool area.

The lounge also has HD cable and a large 50" LCD TV also with a DVD player.

There is a printer, fax, photocopier, WIFI internet access and a digital answer machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and also includes a breakfast area. It has an Iron with board, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, oven, hob, waste disposal unit and a dishwasher. All the cooking utensils are provided.

Utility room 

The utility room is located separately and contains a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Also included on the ground floor is our fully-equipped games room and an additional bathroom.

Dining area 

there is a 4-seater dining table next to the kitchen with a further 8-seater table in the dining room.

Pool & Jacuzzi-spa,Our large - newly renovated - pool with spa, is fully screened with a covered porch and for evening swims provides underwater lighting. Additional heating for the winter months is available upon request.

 We have also provided a cot, high chair, car seats and strollers should you need them.
